1. Services

  • Our services include professional consultancy, compliance support, documentation, and related solutions.
  • Once a service has been initiated, it involves allocation of resources, time, and effort which cannot be reversed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Initiation: If you request cancellation before we begin processing your order/service, a full refund may be issued, subject to deduction of payment gateway/transaction charges.
  • After Service Initiation: Once we have started working on your assignment, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be issued.
  • Subscriptions/Annual Services: For subscription-based or annual compliance services, cancellations are not allowed once the subscription period has commenced.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be provided only in cases where payment has been made more than once for the same service due to a technical error.
  • No refund will be given for services already delivered or partially completed.
  • If any refund is approved (as per above criteria), it will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original source of payment.
  • Dispute Clause: Any disputes regarding payment or refund must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Requests received after this period will not be entertained.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Consultancy and advisory sessions
  • Government fees, filing fees, challans, stamp duty, or any statutory payments made on behalf of the client
  • Any third-party costs incurred during service delivery
