- We provide taxation, compliance, bookkeeping, registration, audit support, and related professional services.
- Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing (email, WhatsApp, proposal, or invoice) before commencement.
- All filings, submissions, and reports are prepared based on information, documents, and data provided by the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide complete, accurate, and timely information/documents required for filings.
- We are not responsible for delays, penalties, or compliance failures arising from incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.
- Clients are required to maintain original records and provide access whenever necessary.
3. Fees & Payments
- Fees will be communicated transparently before engagement.
- Payment terms are as per the invoice issued.
- Services will be deemed complete only upon full payment.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where services cannot be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to us.
4. Timelines & Delivery
- While we aim for early and timely filings, timelines may vary based on government portals, regulatory bodies, and third-party dependencies.
- We shall not be liable for delays caused by system downtime, government site failures, or force majeure events.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, financial records, and documents. Data is stored securely, including through cloud access, and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when necessary to deliver the service & where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to services rendered based on client-provided information. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including penalties, interest, or losses arising from:
- Errors in client data,
- Non-cooperation or delays by the client,
- Regulatory changes beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
Content on this website (text, graphics, branding, logos) belongs to Thomas Kings Private Limited and cannot be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior permission.
8. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or services of those websites.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Outstanding payments for work already performed will remain payable.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date”.

Terms For Money Back Guarantees
We want every client to feel confident when working with us.
Our goal is to ensure your registration or compliance process is completed smoothly and on time.
If we are unable to complete your work due to reasons within our control, you’ll receive a full refund (subject to the terms below).
✅ Money Back Is Applicable Only If:
1. Client Cooperation:
You share all required documents, data, and information within a reasonable time.
(Delays from your side, incomplete documents, or non-response may void the guarantee.)
2. Our Limitation:
If we conclude that due to any reasonable or practical handicap on our side, we cannot complete your assignment, and you have made all due payments on time, we will refund your service fee.
3. Non-Refundable Costs:
Government fees, third-party or statutory payments, out-of-pocket expenses, cost of services already provided and a minimum processing fee of ₹500 are non-refundable.
4. Timely Payment:
The client must make all agreed payments within the scheduled time. Non-payment or partial payment will automatically void the guarantee.
5. Reference to Terms & Privacy Policy
Once the official website link has been shared with the client, it is deemed that the client has read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available on our website.
It is the client’s responsibility to review these policies before making payment or proceeding with the service.
Non-reading or non-awareness of such terms will not be considered a valid ground for refund or dispute.
6. Authentic Documents Only
All documents provided by the client must be genuine and legally valid. Any fraudulent, incomplete, or false submissions will immediately terminate the refund eligibility.
7. Scope of Work
The refund applies only to the specific service for which the client has paid. Any add-ons, upgrades, or separately invoiced work are not covered.
8. Cancellation Timing
The client must raise a refund request within 7 days of our written confirmation that we cannot proceed.
9. Outcome-Based Disclaimer
Our refund covers process inability, not government rejection based on merit (for example, name unavailability, non-compliance with regulatory rules, etc.).
